I have been so thankful for Melissa Simmons. This has been a whole new venture for me, but the process put me at ease. The staff genuinely care about you and your well being, which is refreshing nowadays. She remembers what we discussed and all my prescriptions I'm taking. They read the paperwork you fill out online; other places don't. They are also very responsive to emails and calls and reach out in a timely manner. I've been very happy with my experience.
