I was very sick, and I couldn't come in for a in ~ person appointment, but Natalia was so kind, that I had a video phone call appointment this morning. Natalia listened to me intently, and she after me telling her my symptoms, she gave me her prognosis, and wrote me the appropriate prescriptions that a UMC Quick Care didn't or wouldn't.
It's so nice to be heard, truly heard, and cared for. I know that I will recoup. and get better because of her care.

Natalia Videva is my Primary Care Provider and she is truly an upgrade from my previous practitioner. She’s pleasant with a warm and gentle disposition. You get the sense that she truly cares and invests in each one of her patients. She thoroughly addressed my health concerns, ordering the appropriate testing and taking thoughtful preventative measures to stay ahead of any potential issues. As a PCP, she’s definitely a keeper and I recommend her to anyone looking for attentive, proactive care. Read less
