I was very sick, and I couldn't come in for a in ~ person appointment, but Natalia was so kind, that I had a video phone call appointment this morning. Natalia listened to me intently, and she after me telling her my symptomShow mores, she gave me her prognosis, and wrote me the appropriate prescriptions that a UMC Quick Care didn't or wouldn't. It's so nice to be heard, truly heard, and cared for. I know that I will recoup. and get better because of her care. Natalia, is a heck of a Medical Tech.

I started seeing Natalia about a year and ago, as my primary care provider. Im so glad did. She's is very attentive, professional and extremely knowledgeable.
