Dr. De La Torre is a good doctor. I do have a problem somehow though trying to get an intracept procedure done. There is problem receiving a date from Advent Hospital. I called Advent surgical svcs scheduling. They have no record... Read more Dr. De La Torre is a good doctor. I do have a problem somehow though trying to get an intracept procedure done. There is problem receiving a date from Advent Hospital. I called Advent surgical svcs scheduling. They have no record of a request from Dr. De La Torre's office. They said a booking sheet needs to be sent and then they would schedule the surgery. Dr. D's office staff says no, they need a date before a booking sheet is sent. WHICH IS CORRECT? I'm hope my insurance approval won't expire
