I have b en to On-point several times and have been very pleased with my care. This visit was no exception. I booked late for a sick visit-these seasonal allergies were getting the best of me. I saw Ranetta for the first time and she was so friendly and truly cared and wanted me to feel better fast! She not only treated me immediately for symptoms but offered proactive ideas for the future which I appreciate so much. Such a breath of fresh air compared to our broken medical system! Read less

I was referred to a pain management doctor in Dallas for issues with my hand. Complete waste of time and money. Should have gone to Raetta first. She took time to listen to my issues and then thoroughly went over the prescriptions she gave me. Discussed possible side effects and told me in detail how to best take the medications. She nailed it. My hand and pain are significantly better. Can’t thank her enough! Read less
