I have b en to On-point several times and have been very pleased with my care. This visit was no exception. I booked late for a sick visit-these seasonal allergies were getting the best of me. I saw Ranetta for the first time and Show moreshe was so friendly and truly cared and wanted me to feel better fast! She not only treated me immediately for symptoms but offered proactive ideas for the future which I appreciate so much. Such a breath of fresh air compared to our broken medical system!
I think she is a great provider she cares about her patients and she takes the time and listens and helps you. She takes her time with me and I have a lot of stuff going on but she is helping me with what she can and the other stuShow moreff she has gotten me into the specialist. I moved here from another state and she took me on with no hesitation

Love her! So happy that I found the office she moved to, even though her previous office wouldn’t give me her new location. When you find someone that is good, caring and takes time to listen & help, you find them!
Raetta is an outstanding person! She is kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to me, making me feel heard, not rushed and well cared for. Five stars without hesitation, I highly recommend her!!

Raetta is a great listener. She does not make her patients feel like a pit-stop in her day, and instead makes sure her patients feel cared for, heard, and supported. There’s no rush. She has gone out of her way multiple times to make sure I was taken care of. She’s the best!
Made visit as a new patient however, Raetta treated me at a previous clinic and I followed her to On Point. She takes lots time with you. Not all of her suggested treatment involved prescription drugs and I like that. I highly recommend her.

I had a wonderful experience and even though this was my first visit to On-Point Health I could not have felt more welcomed and at home -everyone from receptionist to nurse to NP Ranetta were professional, friendly and caring. My family received exceptional healthcare. I will be back.
They are great and listen to you and take time to fully examine you and give you options even when you might not think there are any as in my case thank yall so much for the care that you put into each patient.

Im very impressed with the service and care I recieved. I was in a lot of pain and they got me feeling so much better. They took my insurance with no problems and I was in and out of there in no time. Great friendly staff! I know where to go for treatment when I visit that area.
This was an awesome place with the nicest people! I was traveling from out of town and didn’t feel well, I went in for an immune booster and felt amazing the next day
