I've been active and fit my whole life. Then 65 started to creep in on me, it's become much more difficult to exercise due to the lack of energy and strength. Come to find out with a few tests Michael Applegate was able to dial in my deficiencies. Now I'm back in the Gym and working out like I was 30 again. Do not miss the opportunity to experience life at 30 again OTR is amazing!!!!

My plan was to just fly home or drive home. After researching the area OTR was the o ly company that responded to me and was willing to help me continue my health journey. I cannot thank the ENTIRE OTR crew for all your help and kindness to me. Cannot wait to come back to see you next year when I do another travel assignment in the ATL!
