They are very personable and helpful anytime you need them or just going in for bloodwork. They are very flexible with your schedule. I have a crazy schedule to where I’m gone from home a lot but they always make it convenient for me to come in. Amy has always been very responsive to any questions or concerns. Everyone I’ve dealt with from the desk to getting blood work has made OTR the best. Thank you OTR for making me feel like I’m not just a number.
