We were referred to OTR (Michael Applegate). We had our baseline blood work done at OTR and our results were shocking. Next was a consultation with Michael who at that moment changed our lives. We have only been going to his practice for 3 months. My husband feels 27 years old and I have lost 18lbs. The entire staff is amazing. Highly recommend this team!

Then 65 started to creep in on me, it's become much more difficult to exercise due to the lack of energy... Read more I'm not one to write reviews good or bad...OTR was LIFE CHANGING for me. I've been active and fit my whole life. Then 65 started to creep in on me, it's become much more difficult to exercise due to the lack of energy and strength. Come to find out with a few tests Michael Applegate was able to dial in my deficiencies. Now I'm back in the Gym and working out like I was 30 again. Do not miss the opportunity to experience life at 30 again OTR is amazing!!!!
