Michael is a wonderful clinician. He always listens and tailors treatment to my needs. He is innovative and curious as well as educated on innovations in treatments. His holistic approach to patient care makes him a standout in the field.

Michael Applegate and his team are the people I want and use for my HRT therapy. No high pitch sales. No long term prepay plan. All decisions about my body are my choice. They educate me, discuss options, and support my decisions whether and how I choose to treat. No pressure. The staff is helpful, supportive, and open about using the products they recommend. Do yourself a huge favor if you think you are menopausal or postmenopausal. Get a consult! OTR excels at HRT treatment.
