Dr. Schmirer has been in practice in Park Slope for over 30 years, and since his retirement, he passed Park Slope Podiatry to the esteemed Dr. Michael Nagelberg. They place their confidence in him because our practice strives to provide superior foot and ankle care to our patients. We work closely with our referring doctors to ensure the most effective and safe treatment plan.
We specialize in numerous areas of podiatric medicine including diabetic foot care and education, sports injuries, fracture care, nail conditions, heel and arch pain, bunion and hammer toes, orthotics and diabetic shoes. We spend quality time with each patient to better understand their foot care needs and to recommend the best course of treatment. We are happy to help with any foot problem, big or small.
