I just started seeing Dr. Nagelberg in mid October. He is one of the best doctors I have seen. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients, and is passionate about what he does. You don’t get many doctors like that these daShow moreys! He is thorough, takes the time to listen and explains everything that needs to be done; in order to get back to doing what one loves without being in pain. Would highly recommend to my friends!!
I had an early morning appointment which the office requests that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. I arrived at my appointment time due to the transportation. Upon my entry of the office the receptionist, JasmShow moreine was very professional and welcoming. Dr. Schmirer has been in practice in Park Slope for over 30 years, and since his retirement, he passed Park Slope Podiatry to the esteemed Dr. Michael Nagelberg. We work closely with our referring doctors to ensure the most effective and safe treatment plan.
We specialize in numerous areas of podiatric medicine including diabetic foot care and education, sports injuries, fracture care, nail conditions, heel and arch pain, bunion and hammer toes, orthotics and diabetic shoes. We spend quality time with each patient to better understand their foot care needs and to recommend the best course of treatment. We are happy to help with any foot problem, big or small. Dr. Nagelberg is a very good doctor. He tells you all you need to know about your pain and gives you option on what you should do to get relief.He doesn't pressure you into talking pills or surgery. He also asks if you have any questions to please ask. That's comforting to know he really cares.
