Shurine listens to how I'm feeling and what I have to say. I never feel rushed, and she takes the time to explain everything I ask about. She is the absolute BEST! I wish she had been my primary provider 5 years ago when the results of some tests at YRMC slipped through the cracks with 3 other NPs. Fortunately, Shurine pursued a treatment for my condition upon first meeting her. I wouldn't be mobile or smiling today if it wasn't for her diligence and follow-through. I'm very thankful for her. I recently visited PCH Complete Healthcare for some Aesthetics applications. I was very pleased with the clean office and professionalism of PCH Healthcare. DNP, S. Pate explained the entire procedures in detail. The fact that Shurine, is a registered licensed D.N.P. gave me extra comfort in knowing her degree of knowledge was that of expertise.
