The time I spent with Shurine, was timeless, not once did I feel rushed or that I was taking up her time. She gave every minute to me and me alone. I can’t remember the last time anyone in the health field made me feel like they aShow morectually heard me and made me feel important. I’m thankful that I’ll have her as my advocate if needed. So many people don’t want to hear people they just want to come in do the job and leave. I don’t see this in her or in her office team.
My appointment was early morning. Upon entering I was greeted by office staff with bright and welcoming attitudes. Shurine Pate was on time and there was zero wait time. I thoroughly enjoyed my concierge treatment; it was everythiShow moreng I expected and more. A special thank you to Debbie, Shurine's technician. She was very professional and gentle in obtaining my labs. Best concierge practice that I have visited, and I appreciate that they take insurance unlike some concierge offices.
