This is exactly the help and mental health support that I’ve needed. I feel heard. I am redirected in sessions when I start to ruminate. And, I am able to notice and manage behaviors in myself day to day better then I could when I started these sessions.

Best therapist I ever had
She is very understanding and I have not once felt judged by her. She has a very in depth understanding of human behavior which she shares to help you understand where your cognitions are coming from and how to change them. Very very happy to have found her!
