No real feedback I was rather chatty today which helped me stay calm thru a day full of events that could have been anxiety ridden for me. In this I can say I'm coping better.
After leaving today I felt as tho I needed to grieve to fully understand this.i counted this loss as a type of death or endso a small part of me grew past a grief ,and a part of me continues in healing.see ya next week
Our therapy sessions are very helpful. I can share what's going on with my mental health illness comfortably as Lynn is thoughtful, listens, she's compassionate to my mental health issues, After my session with Lynn I'm always in a better frame of mind in understanding some of my emotions and can actually feel free and laugh.
