This is the first office where I feel authentically heard and cared about. I've had so much trauma that I had almost given up on having a sense of being able to even start to heal. Ms. Poole, every therapist, psychiatric nurse in training, front office staff, have been incredibly kind and helpful. It means more to me than I think I'm capable of articulating. Thank you sincerely to every single person that has helped me here.
