I've had so many therapists in my life. This is the first office where I feel authentically heard and cared about. I've had so much trauma that I had almost given up on having a sense of being able to even start to heal. MShow mores. Poole, every therapist, psychiatric nurse in training, front office staff, have been incredibly kind and helpful. It means more to me than I think I'm capable of articulating. Natalie demonstrated active listening, attendance to the session based on my individual needs, thought-provoking questions, and was patient with my scattered thinking as I had trouble focusing. She left me feeling optimistic and understood after the session was concluded :)
The office staff is very helpful and they usually answer every time I call or return my call promptly. My appointments are usually on telehealth and on time. Sometimes I have my appointment with my provider or a student all of which are very easy to talk to and understanding. I’ve referred friends and family to this office all of which seem to be satisfied with the care they receive.

Everything was good. But I failed to inform you that in regards to my medication that the generic Concerta does not work for me. I hope that I remember to let you know that my next dosage needs to be the Concerta brand
