Polley Clinic of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery PA has been providing comprehensive dermatology services to eastern North Carolina since 1990. With offices in Roanoke Rapids, Rocky Mount, Wilson, Smithfield, Goldsboro, and Fayetteville, North Carolina, the practice is recognized as the area’s premier provider of medical dermatological services.

Our highly skilled providers, supervised by Dennis C Polley DO, ABMS Board-Certified Dermatologist offer treatments for nearly all diseases of the skin, hair, and nails. Common conditions include acne, eczema, dandruff, and psoriasis.

Polley Clinic of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery is the leader in skin cancer treatment in Eastern North Carolina.  The practice has five Image-Guided Superficial Radiation Therapy (IGSRT) centers located in Roanoke Rapids, Rocky Mount, Smithfield, and Fayetteville North Carolina to treat all types of skin cancers except malignant melanoma.  Each treatment is quick, painless, and requires no needles or anesthesia.  There is no cutting, sewing, or scarring.  There is no need to stop your anticoagulant.  It is covered by most insurance.

The state-of-the-art offices of Polley Clinic of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery PA feature laser treatments using the Aerolase® laser for medical and aesthetic concerns. The Aerolase laser is used for skin rejuvenation, treatment of unwanted pigmentation, permanent hair removal, as well as acne and psoriasis.
