The treatment was explained and with knowledge and intent. I was appreciative of the feeling of being HEARD and RESPECTED. I left my visit, THANKFUL and GRATEFUL for the help I was given. Polley Clinic of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery is the leader in skin cancer treatment in Eastern North Carolina.  The practice has seven Image-Guided Superficial Radiation Therapy (IGSRT) centers located in Roanoke Rapids, Rocky Mount, Smithfield, Goldsboro, Wilson, and Fayetteville North Carolina to treat all types of skin cancers except malignant melanoma.  Each treatment is quick, painless, and requires no needles or anesthesia.  There is no cutting, sewing, or scarring.  There is no need to stop your anticoagulant.  It is covered by most insurance.
