I was met by a professional staff and was taken care of in a reasonable time.
I think the doctor is probably a good doctor. I don’t know yet because I just was my first visit, but I think his bedside manner needs to be a little bit more concerned toward the patient. I felt like I was hurried and I felt like you really didn’t care just give her the medicine and then get her out the door. He just needs some show the patient little caring because I know we’re paying for what we’re getting but his bedside manners aren’t very good. He’s probably a good doctor, but he just needs to slow down and take a patient how they’re feeling and how their concerns are and they’re a little bit more emotional toward that.

It is always a great visit with Dr Shakir. He is one of the nicest Dr’s to have him treat you. Staff is always so friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend Dr Shakir.

Both the doctor and the technician were very professional. Dr. Shakir explained about my condition and asked my opinion about the medication that could be used, that made me feel seen as most doctors prescribed medication without asking the patient if they would be comfortable using the medication. I would recommend the clinic and Dr. Shakir to anyone needing a dermatologist.
