My appointment was at 0800...I was seen by Dr. Shakira at 0802. He told me what I needed to know and I departed at 0810. You can tell that Dr. Shakira was Prior Military. Thay do a good job
He spoke Med-School language, during our meeting. We were on the same page because English was not his first language. His ability to teach why I being prescribed for medication’s for my medical issues. I didn’t feel valued as a patient. It was not explained to the purpose of the medication, but he did tell how/when to take the medication. Sorry, for me I didn’t like Assembly line customer service. I will never go back.
