I came back to urgent care for a second visit because I wasn’t feeling better after my first visit and was actually starting to feel worse. This was my first time seeing Armine Manokian and I’m so glad I did! She was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. She was able to use a small camera to show me my ear infection and diagnosed it right away. She prescribed the medication I needed, and I really appreciated how thorough and reassuring she was.

This my second time at Rapid Response. I did not get the name of the woman who checked me in and did the X-rays but she was so sweet and friendly. Armine listened to me and took care of me. I knew that I was having another wonderful sinus infection, but she also did a flu swab and cray to make sure nothing else was you going on. Prescriptions went quickly to my pharmacy. Armine has a fantastic bedside manner. Thank you!
