The facility was very clean and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable right away.
The staff was friendly and efficient, and I was seen quickly.
Jennifer Ng was awesome - very knowledgeable, attentive, and easy to talk to.
She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my concerns were addressed.
Overall, it was a smooth and positive visit. I’d definitely recommend this urgent care to others.
