I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer and the staff at Rapid Response Urgent Care. Everyone is so professional and all go out of their way to make you feel comfortable in a difficult situation.

The kindest and most attentive and caring doctor. She went above and beyond and I couldn't be more grateful! I will be returning should I need to. The nurse (I don't remember her name) was also fabulous. A+ care and attention.
Check in was easy, customer service was great and the kindness of the nurse and doctor was terrific. The doctor followed up with me days later to check in. That’s rare these days. I have no hesitation on going back if needed in the future.

I actually had the thought, I’m glad I met her. Less like a doctor visit more like meeting a friend, fast, professional, highly recommend.
In addition to the professional front office, the providers are very informative and caring. I have a EC in walking distance from my home, but I prefer to drive to Rapid Response EC for my medical needs.
Everyone was so kind and empathetic and super quick and efficient and thorough and I just have never had such a good experience at an urgent care. Amazing place
I had a very good experience Dr. Jennifer Ng. She was very approachable, accommodating, and easy to talk to. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. Her calm and professional manner really helped put me at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I truly appreciate her attentiveness and would not hesitate to see her again or recommend her to others.
