Gracy is very understanding, very patient, sweet nurse, she listens very carefully and patiently to the patient! We visited her at the last half hour of her shift, snd she was still full of energy and very positive! She even came Show moreto see the patient after her shift was over! Very good experience we had had with her!

Dr. Ng was amazing. So nice and excellent with my kiddo. She was very personable and honest and we hope we don’t have to see her again but in need of an emergency - we hope we see HER! 💞
Dr. Ng is very friendly and “down to earth.” She is concerned and thorough. She takes her time to explain everything in detail, and makes sure you understand your health conditions.

I visited Rapid Response Urgent Care and had a great experience. Dr. Jenifer was kind and professional, and she quickly removed something from my eye. The staff was helpful and the clinic was very clean. Highly recommend!

Everyone was super nice, helpful ,experienced. When you aren't feeling well it's nice to have supper compassionate people there. It was a wonderful experience.
This was my first time at this urgent care, and I had a great experience! The clinic was very clean, organized, and calming. The doctor was amazing – so caring, patient, and professional. I felt safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
