She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. Her calm and prShow moreofessional manner really helped put me at ease. The kindest and most attentive and caring doctor. She went above and beyond and I couldn't be more grateful! I will be returning should I need to. The nurse (I don't remember her name) was also fabulous. A+ care and attention.
Check in was easy, customer service was great and the kindness of the nurse and doctor was terrific. The doctor followed up with me days later to check in. That’s rare these days. I have no hesitation on going back if needed in the future.

I actually had the thought, I’m glad I met her. Less like a doctor visit more like meeting a friend, fast, professional, highly recommend.
In addition to the professional front office, the providers are very informative and caring. I have a EC in walking distance from my home, but I prefer to drive to Rapid Response EC for my medical needs.

Its rare nowadays for providers to care and not treat you like a number. Jennifer and staff were amazing and went the extra mile to make sure I was better and provided additional tests for prevention. They likely saved me from future complications and emergency visits.
