I had a very good experience Dr. Jennifer Ng. She was very approachable, accommodating, and easy to talk to. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. Her calm and prShow moreofessional manner really helped put me at ease. I actually had the thought, I’m glad I met her. Less like a doctor visit more like meeting a friend, fast, professional, highly recommend.
In addition to the professional front office, the providers are very informative and caring. I have a EC in walking distance from my home, but I prefer to drive to Rapid Response EC for my medical needs.
Everyone was so kind and empathetic and super quick and efficient and thorough and I just have never had such a good experience at an urgent care. Amazing place

Its rare nowadays for providers to care and not treat you like a number. Jennifer and staff were amazing and went the extra mile to make sure I was better and provided additional tests for prevention. They likely saved me from future complications and emergency visits.

I was greeted immediately by the friendly woman in the front and was seen quickly by Jennifer Ng, who was also very friendly and very informative on my concerns. I appreciate their help and will be coming here again if I ever need some urgent care.
