Rise Carmel, located in Carmel, California, is a dedicated gynecology practice founded by Dr. Judy Honegger, DO, FACOG.

Rise Carmel was born from Dr. Honegger’s personal journey and professional calling. After years practicing as a board-certified gynecologist, she witnessed firsthand how traditional medicine often fails to address the full spectrum of a woman’s health — especially during pivotal life transitions like perimenopause and menopause. She experienced this gap as she began navigating perimenopause in her mid 30’s. Frustrated by the lack of knowledge and support available, she embarked on a path of deep learning in hormone optimization, integrative wellness, and intimate health.

Through this process, she transformed not only her health but her entire sense of self. It became clear to her that this was her life’s purpose — to help other women reclaim their vitality, confidence, and power.
