Dr. Judy Honegger, DO

Born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, Dr. Honegger feels privileged to provide comprehensive gynecologic and integrative health care to the women in her community at Rise Carmel in Carmel, California.

After graduating summa cum laude from Notre Dame de Namur University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, she attended Western University College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific and then completed a rigorous four-year OB/GYN residency program at the University of Hawaii. In 2012, she relocated to the Monterey Peninsula and began fulfilling her lifelong dream of caring for women during all of life’s stages. 

During her 12 years as a general obstetrician and gynecologist, Dr. Honegger found herself drawn to caring for women transitioning through hormonal changes.  Over the last few years, she has immersed herself in the study of perimenopause, menopause, hormone optimization, intimate wellness, and integrative health.  

Dr. Honegger is married with two children, and in her free time she enjoys traveling with her family, watching her children play water polo, trying new ethnic cuisines, practicing breathwork and meditation, and chasing epic sunsets around the world.
