Through her guidance, I was able to overcome challenges and create new strengths for myself. Heather has truly changed my life for better and will forever be grateful for the impact she has had on me. Truly the best therapist ever!!

She offers new view points while simultaneously validating my feelings. It feels like she really cares how I am doing and what I am struggling with. I have never needed to refresh her on any details of our sessions. I constantly leave our sessions with new knowledge and confidence. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
