I am a psychologist who prioritizes my clients' personal growth journey. I collaborate with each client to create a tailor made plan for each person and situation. I combine person-centered, solution focused, holistic, as well as CBT therapies to help my client feel empowered, confident and motivated to manage their mental health. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients understand their own mental health and build resilience using action steps; learning the right skills for you to cultivate your own personal peace. My 10 years of experience includes depression, anxiety, bipolar, mood disorders, anger management, grief/loss, adjustment disorders, trauma, divorce/blended families.
