I’d waited some weeks before my initial appointment imagining that my new therapist would be a man, but I was happily surprised when Ken’s face appeared on my screen. She is thoughtful and kind, and what is most essential, she is a good listener. I am 72, have had many therapists over many years, and many who didn’t listen as well as Ken. I am grateful to have found her.

Evaluate the outcome of medication treatment in detail and adjust it appropriately based on the patient’s symptoms and improvement. She does not focus in medication management only, she cares more about the patient’s overall mental and emotional health.
