She has such a calming effect from the moment she opens the door. I feel free to talk to her, tell her how I feel, what I think and not be judged. No matter how down I feel when I arrive, I feel so much relief to have been able to talk through my feelings and problems. She has a way to help me bring out things I do not feel comfortable to talk about with others.

What I mean by that is she allowed for you to speak? And say everything that you need to say; however, you have to prepare yourself for the real. Therapy and counseling, that's gonna come from her. She is no nonsense, that's why it's important when you come to her to be prepared and not be on no BS because she doesn't play. She has helped me in ways that I could never imagine. For that, I'm truly grateful!
