The fact that I am heard, is major. I can get through an entire story and Katrina will pinpoint things I didn't even think about expanding on. Her teaching me the EMDR therapy has been vital to my trauma therapy because I can Show moredo it anywhere and it works. The conversations flow without me feeling pressured and I am grateful that when she asks questions, they aren't just black and white. She makes you think. There are things trauma covers up & we don't realize we've been carrying it for so long.
I am easily myself with her, she is in tune with me and is honest about everything in her responses to my actions/reactions. She's very personable and I'm excited to do more sessions with her.

Katrina is extremely patient and is very helpful with what I need. She is someone I know I can trust to guide me through the healing I need.
She always makes sure im doing ok before leaving the call. She has helped me through grief, depression, and always advocated for me.
