They were answering questions he came up with randomly. I only have one thing I dislike about the appointment is the sign language interpreter wasn’t in person. It was on zoom, it wasn’t deaf friendly as I had to hold the phone to watch the interpreter. Would rather to have in person interpreter but other than this I’m all good with everything with this doctor office.

The entire staff today genuinely listened to our needs and offered advice in a caring and none pushy manner. They each took the time we needed and we never felt rushed or judged.
