Chelsea and Lana were super to work with! They interacted very well with my grandson for his new patient appt. They were answering questions he came up with randomly. I only have one thing I dislike about the appointment is thShow moree sign language interpreter wasn’t in person. It was on zoom, it wasn’t deaf friendly as I had to hold the phone to watch the interpreter. Would rather to have in person interpreter but other than this I’m all good with everything with this doctor office.

Hope Nelson, MSN, MPH, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Academic Detailer with One Tennessee. Very caring! Have always been nervous with the way information is presented from medical personnel, but this visit was incredible. Lab work was simplified in a way that didnt strike fear in one's heart.
