The practice serves adult men and women of all ages who are trying to lose weight and keep it off long-term and those who require rheumatology services.

Dr. Gota is a board-certified internist and rheumatologist with more than 30 years of experience.

Integrative management of weight loss and weight-related complications as well as diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic conditions.

• Disease of obesity (BMI 30 or higher)
