Always a greeting when he steps into the exam room and knows you by name without having to scan your chart for it. He worked on my spine a year ago and all is well now. He doesn't mince words. at the time he said surgery or eventual paralysis. He showed me my MRI and what the issue was. Highly recommended. Read less

A very skilled and meticulous neurosurgeon who is also very intelligent. VERY intelligent. As a neurosurgeon, Dr. Elia is used to operating in very small and confined places as S.O.P. Does ONE vertebrae at a time as its own entity and takes his time doing it. He is a 5 star rated neurosurgeon and that's who I want operating on me.
