Dr. Elia and his Resident/Attendee was great, but waited a long time in the room. I do realize that they were trying to catch up on patients who needed to be seen as Dr. Elia has been out of town a lot lately. The plan of being extra careful and cautious of a new diagnosis with my cervical area is much appreciated.

I had a very nice expirence with Dr. Elia when I first met with him. I had pain on my right side running down my leg from my back. I felt he listened to me and came up with a plan to have surgery to remove a cyst. After many other attempts from other sources to ease the pain. Nothing worked and was referred to Dr. Elia. I had confidence in his ability to alleviate the pain having a couple conversations leading up to the surgery. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with back pain.

I had surgery in Jan 2026 for spinal fusion and it was very successful. Recently I developed severe sciatica pain and Doctor Elia in one day diagnosed the problem through an MRI and CT Scan arranged an appointment with a pain clinic for that day, and by that afternoon was heading home after receiving treatment. The next day my back pain was relieved. I cant say enough about Dr. Elia's skill and the proficiency and caring of his staff.

This was our initial introductory visit but it was very informative. I believe he answered all of our questions and kind of gave us an idea of what's next. Considering the amount of time I've been dealing with my current lumbar issue even after I do the steroid injection I think I will be comfortable if Dr. Elia was able to do the nerve decompression. Something about him he just seems very competent and sharp. We'll see what's next! Thx!!
