It starts when you walk in the door until you're called to the back. The front desk staff is wonderful, they are very pleasant people to talk with and very professional. Dr Yenchi what can I say about him. Very professional, he listens and answers all your questions, he even make you laugh we all need to laugh sometimes. If you have questions in between your visits, either the front desks staff or Dr. Yenchi will call you back. This is the kind of health care providers we need. Read less
