This was my first visit with Dr Yenchi. I was having difficulty sending my paperwork electronically. Dr Yenchi waited for my documents to go through and met with me virtually after office hours. Dr. Eric Yenchi is by far one of the most intelligent, kind, reliable and respectful psychiatrist that I have ever been seen by. The visits are always helpful and informative. They start right on time or even a few minutes early which is great when trying to navigate a very busy personal schedule. He is extremely pleasant and friendly. I’m so happy I came across his profile and decided to start treatment with him.

I now have to find a new doctor, this was great at first but this doctor refuses to increase my prescription when I'm already on an extremely low dose having multiple panic attacks a day and just doesn't seem like he's willing to help. I explained the situation and he doesn't care.
Dr Eric was just amazing! He was on time, he was professional, he got right into asking questions to help me. He made sure that I did not have any questions for him, and if I did, he answered them efficiently.. It was a nice experience and I look forward to seeing him again and again and again.

Dr. Yenchi is the best doctor ive ever had, and ive been seeing doctors since I was 11. He is so kind and understanding and listens. Hes also easy to get a hold of z which I cannot say lightly about a doctor.
Dr. Yenchi is very patient and professional he answers all your questions and checks to see if the medication is working, he never rush you through your appointment. It's my pleasure to be his patient.
I fully enjoy working and having Dr. Yenchi as a provider. He listens to your wants and needs while also not making the experience feel cold as if he doesn’t care about you and just wants to throw pills at you and say bye. That is something I truly appreciate and find rare with providers.

Overall, Eric Yenchi is great! Standard Health Care is another story. Never miss an appointment, as a $100 fee will be charged if you do. I didn't miss my appointment because I rescheduled due to a lack of cell phone reception, and they still want me to pay $100. Left messages about trying to clear up the misunderstanding, and no response was ever received. If I didn't like Mr. Yenchi, I would have found another medical facility. Use at your own discretion.

Dr. Eric is very patient and allowed me to explain my situation very thoroughly, as well as discussing medicines that work for me and ones that do not, we discussed my diagnosis' and worked out a medication regimen that helps me complete my daily tasks and work towards my larger goals.
