Always polite and friendly staff. Wait time (none at all) is nothing like I have ever experienced. As soon as I come through the door, I am called back within 2-3 minutes, biometrics are taken, and the doctor is in the room to see you within 2-3 minutes. Delightful experience for a doctor visit.

She is the best doctor that I have ever came in contact with, providing all around care as a primary care provider should. I never leave my visit in doubt and always feel well prepared to take on life's next health obstacle, if any. The staff from the time you enter the office, to the time you leave the doctors office and after (via phone call) are always welcoming, friendly and supportive! You are not just another number at Strickland, Coxs & Associates and as a patient I truly value that!

Very thorough! Explained everything to me in terms that I could fully understand! Listening to my concerns, and addressing them with a smile. Made eye contact the whole time!. Not having a dismissive attitude was the main thing that really made me feel better!
Front office staff not friendly at all, very grumpy. They make you feel like you're an inconvenience to them (this is over the phone as well as in the office). The look on their faces is like they definitely don't want to be there. I've never seen any of them with a pleasant, receptive look on their faces. They're the faces of the business, they need to remember that.

Dr.Strickland is an phenomenal doctor. She is knowledgeable and patient, I appreciate her for all that she does for my husband and I. Thank you Dr. Strickland!!!

At first I thought she was to young but I have been to see her twice now and I think she is great. She cares she also keeps I Real things to look for when your getting a new Nurse Practitioner. She is easy to talk to and I'm definitely going to stick with her.
