Jackie, listens to what I have to say. She coaches me and helps me to understand the questions and issues that I have. If it is specialized issues she will refer me to experienced doctors. I feel like I get excellent medical treatment.

As usual, the staff was great and Ms. Wilson was kind and provided wonderful care.
She provided advice to me but how she delivered it was very unprofessional. Also, I heard her and the assistant laughing about me being concern about my blood pressure in the hallway. They should speak low so the patient can’t hear. This entire visit gave me a headache. Please work on your soft skills Jackie bc I was not expecting to be spoke to like that and I’ve already had a trying past two days.
