She is honest about what she is able to provide so you can make informed choices. She is very patient. It helps if you know your needs prior to any visit. She is very good at flushing out the right fit and options. Survivor friendly is good to do business with. So grateful they are there. I have been to Duke Main Campus and Cary. Both are good. I did put a review regarding The receptionist ( Nusrat ) negative attitude and lack of information and inefficiency in Google that cause me issues. On the other hand the great attitude and the knowledge of sherry and lisa helped me to get what Nusrat cut off from me! Nusrat negative attitude and not knowing about insurance poilicy and not follow up my case with insurance without checking with my coverage should be addressed.it happened since 2024 and kept going not once but several times.
