I arrived too soon for my appointment but they were very kind and were able to work me in. I was very grateful! I was treated with dignity and respect. So kind to ask my husband to come inside their lobby and wait instead of sitting in the car. My husband was having a procedure at the hospital a little later and they said as I left that they hoped all went well for him today and for us to have a safe return home. I did put a review regarding The receptionist ( Nusrat ) negative attitude and lack of information and inefficiency in Google that cause me issues. On the other hand the great attitude and the knowledge of sherry and lisa helped me to get what Nusrat cut off from me! Nusrat negative attitude and not knowing about insurance poilicy and not follow up my case with insurance without checking with my coverage should be addressed.it happened since 2024 and kept going not once but several times.
