Calling to schedule the appt, the lady was rude and couldn’t exactly tell me where the place was other than the address. The address is the same at the hospital, rehab and cancer center. I was told to go to the main hospital and tShow morehey will direct me. I did and they had no clue who Survivor Friendly was. Once I finally got to the correct place (which is in the Cancer Center) Lisa was very helpful on trying different bras and measuring. This was the Fayetteville, NC location.
My experience at Survivor Friendly Dignity Products was absolutely awesome. The young lady, (I forgot her name even though she has helped me before and introduced herself to me again at this appointment)that fitted me was soo woShow morenderful and caring. You can tell she loves her job and really wants to help us be comfortable in our bras and prosthesis. She made sure my new insurance was filed and explained everything they would allow. The other ladies in the office are friendly also.

I was very impressed with the care and sensitivity I received during my visits. The person who assisted me was very patient, listened attentively and responded appropriately. When I had concerns about the garments I purchased, she did not hesitate to make adjustments and insure that my needs were met. I am so grateful that Survivor Friendly exists to make this journey in the lives of survivors less stressful.
Barbara at Macon Pond location is exceptional! She makes certain all orders and documentation have been received from provider, if not she will chase it down with phone calls and emails on-the-spot. I require custom lymphedema garments are measurements are precise. She is very timely submitting insurance approval and placing order with vendor, this means I receive my custom garments in within weeks not months as had been the case with other organizations. Survivor Friendly is my favorite provide

Lisa did an awesome job explaining all the various items and the support they provide. She made me feel very comfortable, and measured me explaining how to look for sizes in the mastectomy bras.

The staff is great! The are so kind and helpful. There is no rush to make decisions with any of your needs. You feel welcome and they will help you until your needs are met. They are also great when you stop in without an appointment and need an item or have a question.
