I was so impressed with Survivor Friendly and the knowledge they gave me about my particular breast and the different ways of fitting me. I was able to try on bars that made my breasts look the same size and after so many years Show moreof not having the right bar and having to buy cloths that were larger then I needed it was eye opening. Survivor also told me about how Medicare and insurance co. will pay for the coast of these bars. If you had breast cancer and need a bar go to Survivor Friendly
Calling to schedule the appt, the lady was rude and couldn’t exactly tell me where the place was other than the address. The address is the same at the hospital, rehab and cancer center. I was told to go to the main hospital and tShow morehey will direct me. I did and they had no clue who Survivor Friendly was. Once I finally got to the correct place (which is in the Cancer Center) Lisa was very helpful on trying different bras and measuring. This was the Fayetteville, NC location.

Excellent service and compassionate care
My experience at Survivor Friendly Dignity Products was absolutely awesome. The young lady, (I forgot her name even though she has helped me before and introduced herself to me again at this appointment)that fitted me was soo wonderful and caring. You can tell she loves her job and really wants to help us be comfortable in our bras and prosthesis. She made sure my new insurance was filed and explained everything they would allow. The other ladies in the office are friendly also.
Samantha was wonderful in assisting me. I am pleased with their products.
The team was such a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable about the products and the process of filing with my insurance plans. I look forward to working with them throughout the years.

It was a good experience! I was given a choice of bras and we found the perfect prosthetic and bra for my needs. Everything was done professionally and with my needs in mind. I highly recommend Survivor Friendly!
Survivor Friendly makes you feel so special when one has experienced physical changes. Their love for everyone is express by ensuring that the product(s) are crafted beautifully and correctly for your new shape. Creating a new you that looks similar or better than the old you.
Lisa did an awesome job explaining all the various items and the support they provide. She made me feel very comfortable, and measured me explaining how to look for sizes in the mastectomy bras.
Lisa was very friendly and helpful in the whole process. I really appreciate everything and finding a bra that fits and is comfortable.

The staff is great! The are so kind and helpful. There is no rush to make decisions with any of your needs. You feel welcome and they will help you until your needs are met. They are also great when you stop in without an appointment and need an item or have a question.

There’s nothing like the care I get here at Macon pond rd. I went somewhere before coming to Macon pond they weren’t caring and didn’t seem know how tbey were going to treat me and said my cancer was bigger than it was it was no way tbey was gonna touch me . I’m So thankful for everyone at Macon pond

Survivor Friendly is a wonderful place to start your post breast cancer journey. They are friendly, empathetic, and go well out of their way to accommodate their customers. A special shout out to Sherri who I have worked with over the years as my needs have continued to change. She is wonderful.
