Tish is always great to work with at the Duke location. She works carefully with my specific needs and she is a great fitter. She is honest about what she is able to provide so you can make informed choices. She is very patient. IShow moret helps if you know your needs prior to any visit. She is very good at flushing out the right fit and options. Survivor friendly is good to do business with. So grateful they are there. I have been to Duke Main Campus and Cary. Both are good.
I did put a review regarding The receptionist ( Nusrat ) negative attitude and lack of information and inefficiency in Google that cause me issues. On the other hand the great attitude and the knowledge of sherry and lisa helped mShow moree to get what Nusrat cut off from me! Nusrat negative attitude and not knowing about insurance poilicy and not follow up my case with insurance without checking with my coverage should be addressed.it happened since 2024 and kept going not once but several times.

After feeling self conscious about my uneven breasts for years after breast cancer, I finally decided to seek help. I’m so happy that I did! Stacy fitted me with a silicone form and bras to go with it. I’m very pleased. Stacy was very professional, helpful and kind. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I highly recommend Survivor Friendly.

I am so glad I finally found this business. I moved here a few years ago, I could not find anyone who could get the compression garments I needed. I spoke to the founder of this company, she had sooo much compassion for my frustration, and suffering. I am truly grateful for her vision and caring.
This location is nestled in the back of Duke Women’s Cancer Center Raleigh. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. She made me feel that I was important and I had her full attention. She knew about the her merchandise. She was on top of the paperwork and codes needed to file my insurance. She took great care of me and I am so happy with my product. Survivor Friendly is a very friendly place.

The entire staff is amazing. They assisted me in scheduling my first appointment, fitting and an adjustment fitting. The customer service is amazing and consisting. They are so warm and welcoming. More importantly, they are genuinely patient by nature. They offer recommendations based on your comfort level. I’m thankful for the referral. They are compassionate about the entire situation. Such a blessing to have them in these moments of life.
