I arrived too soon for my appointment but they were very kind and were able to work me in. I was very grateful! I was treated with dignity and respect. So kind to ask my husband to come inside their lobby and wait instead of sittiShow moreng in the car. My husband was having a procedure at the hospital a little later and they said as I left that they hoped all went well for him today and for us to have a safe return home. I was very pleased with the products and the kind lady that fitted me. Thank you!
Samantha is offered me a fitting appt same day I called in to see if they had my size swim form and bathing suits. I could not believe that! When I got there, she had already pulled the right size form and at least 7 suits for me Show moreto try on! She was very kind, patient and sensitive to my need for privacy. It was a great experience! I found 2 suits and a form. This store has always been customer focused, professional and responsive.

I was very happy with the help I got
Survival Friendly has been very informative and helpful in my new chapter of my cancer Survival. Knowledge and professionalism is top notch and I'm very pleased with every interaction with the team that I've experienced thus far. The staff is so amazing. I had a hiccup with my orders. Tanya was so patient and accommodating. The team was able to squeeze me in for a sitting. The welcoming environment really meant a lot to me. They ease my anxiety for a surgery that was literally less than 24 hours.

I did put a review regarding The receptionist ( Nusrat ) negative attitude and lack of information and inefficiency in Google that cause me issues. On the other hand the great attitude and the knowledge of sherry and lisa helped me to get what Nusrat cut off from me! Nusrat negative attitude and not knowing about insurance poilicy and not follow up my case with insurance without checking with my coverage should be addressed.it happened since 2024 and kept going not once but several times.
Latisha B is a great person to work with she understood what I was going thru she is God sent I will recommend survivor friendly to anyone that need this service
