She makes certain all orders and documentation have been received from provider, if not she will chase it down with phone calls and emails on-the-spot. I require custom lymphedema garments are measurements are precise. She is very timely submitting insurance approval and placing order with vendor, this means I receive my custom garments in within weeks not months as had been the case with other organizations. Survivor Friendly is my favorite provide

My visit was very professional and Lisa was very good in fitting me. There were lots of bras to choose from but still didn’t have the right fit for me. Wished I could have at least got one today instead of having to wait 2 or 3 ... Read more My visit was very professional and Lisa was very good in fitting me. There were lots of bras to choose from but still didn’t have the right fit for me. Wished I could have at least got one today instead of having to wait 2 or 3 weeks for them. I definitely will be going back to order more when it’s time. Thank you so much. Wish there could of been a faster shipping time.
