I am not a new mom, but when I had my first child breastfeeding/ pumping was more of a "figure it out as you go" type of thing. We talked for over an hour about my plan to exclusively pump and what I should do as a mom to provide for my child. She also told me what to bring to the hospital. Overall it was a great experience.

Jackie took the time to stay with us, answer all of our questions, explain everything in detail, and make sure that there was nothing we didn’t understand. She was very friendly, didn’t rush us. It was a wonderful experience.
