I was terrified finding out my daughter had a tongue, lip, and cheek ties. Jacqueline provided so much comfort to us during the time and helped in every way she could. I couldn’t recommend a better person for all 4th trimester needs. It is such an exhausting and scary time, but she was able to help bring me and my baby comfort. When my daughter had her toes released Jacqueline walked us through the entire process and answered every question we had!
If you need someone who is non judgmental and understanding and listens to all your concerns… GO HERE! I’ve had the best experience and it’s been a life saver for my mental health and BF journey.

If it hadn’t been for Jackie, my son would be on formula. She was patient, kind, and the sweetest friend through my breastfeeding/pumping journey. My son had all 3 ties and she did his revisions successfully with no issues afterwards. 4 months postpartum and our breastfeeding is the easiest and most rewarding venture. I recommend her to anyone who is having or has had a baby. I can’t thank her enough for all she has done for me and several friends of ours!!
I wouldn’t be where I am today (physically and mentally) without Jackie! Her knowledge and insight has brought me confidence in my breastfeeding journey as a new mom. She released my son’s tongue and lip ties and made the recovery process seamless. We saw improvements with every appointment from the start. HIGHLY recommend!!

Wonderful staff and knowledgeable in the field! Before visiting the KNAPP clinic my infant daughter was not able to take a bottle. Thankfully they were able to diagnose her with a tongue tie and she had her frenotomy performed there in the office and had great results! She is now able to take a bottle which is such a relief and allowed me to return to work some. Would highly recommend the KNAPP clinic for any infant feeding or postpartum needs!

Jackie had been amazing. I was really struggling with my newborn latching & all her oral ties. Jackie listened to everything I was wondering and unsure about & was SO knowledgeable. She has been such a great advocate to lean on and learn from in this new time in my life! I would recommend her to anyone! 20/10!!!!
She spent a good amount of time helping me latch my baby and make sure I felt comfortable. She went above and beyond and helped me with more than breastfeeding. Super sweet and informative!
Jackie is awesome to work with! Very friendly, and try’s to answer every question I might have from breast to baby. She helped so much showing me ways on how to get our boys to latch the best with their ties, and eventually tandem feed them.
Jackie was amazing!!! I went to her with my 1 month old today with a lot of concerns for her oral ties/latching. She listened to everything I had to say and helped come up with a treatment plan. I am looking forward to working with her because she is extremely knowledgeable & I know I can trust her with the care of my new babies health!
I will never be able to thank Jackie enough! She has been one of my biggest supporters along my breastfeeding journey. She’s amazing with my little one and just full of knowledge. She’s not one to pressure you into doing anything you’re not comfortable doing. She gives you all the options and supports your decisions and helps you achieve your goals.

Jackie was an absolute Godsend for our feeding journey. I learned so much from her during our couple of months working together. She is beyond knowledgeable and explained everything in a way you can understand if you're not in the medical field. One thing I truly appreciated is that she was understanding & not pushy when it came to breastfeeding. She also never made me feel bad for stopping. If I ever have another child, Jackie will be one of the first appointments after leaving the hospital!
