He always allows you to express yourself openly and I feel completely comfortable sharing most every element of my life with him. He never criticizes, but offers truly insightful, helpful suggestions and allows you to carefully weigh and evaluate his comments moving forward. he is terrific and I would give him my absolute highest recommendation without any reservation whatsoever. Those working with him are definitely fortunate!
