2nd, ‘final’ review because I found out i don’t need even any ‘mild’ prescription, just ‘talk therapy’ is more than enough! - great, lovely, accepting-NY-Medicaid prescribing psychiatrist with great listening skills, compassion, sShow moretarting you from the lowest needed dose/‘experimenting’ with you whether or not you liked a pill after some time, if you hated it just in 8 days, np, VERY easy to get an ‘urgent’ apt (nice, professional phone-representative, too!) which was my case, etc.. thank you, Dr!
I have been working with her on a bi-weekly basis. I appreciate this because she creates a safe, open space and really listens, collaborates and is really easy to talk to. She has a proactive, holistic approach of total mind/body Show morewellness and overall happiness. I absolutely recommend her. P.S. She is also very charming, and has a good sense of humor

This has been my 6th visit with Dr. Bene. She is a joy to work with. A progressive approach, extensive knowledge, a great listener, entirely present, open minded with a calm, grounding energy. I feel safe, understood on a holistic level and am grateful I found her.
