this experience was nothing like any other psychiatrist i been too in the best way possible. i really really felt heard , understood, navigated, educated about my own feelings and experiences, and most importantly i felt like i was receiving a recognized sense of support and belonging in the meeting as if she was my own mother gracing me with wisdom and virtual compassion for my issues.
