I missed the first appointment, but she was able to call and talk to me on the other phone call.
Meeting with the provider was easy and straightforward. Ms. Anakor was extremely helpful and professional with regard to seeing my needs met.
TERRIBLE! Made my original appointment to get no-showed without any communication. Then after the appointment time I got a message to reschedule. I rescheduled for later that day, then got cold-called 2 hours before the rescheduled time without a heads-up. On that cold call, I felt like a number & was rushed through. Got medication that didn't work & made me feel sick. Now being hounded to pay an absurd amount of money for nothing. Now I'm getting 50+ spam emails. No communications, avoid!!!

Dr. Anakor was so kind and welcoming. She made me feel at ease and was very easy to talk to. I felt heard and also understood. I was kind of dreading going to therapy because of so much “baggage” that I have to “unpack”, but talking with Dr. Anakor was SO easy. I’m looking forward to my next session.

Ms Christna is amazing, our first session she wa so nice and uplifting. She spoke life into me and encouraged me down this path to a normal life. She listened and didnt make me feel bad or weird for needing medications to regulate my emotions she just got me together from the start. Checks in on me, answer any questions i have. Im grateful for her and her compassion. Its been a few sessions now, and im gettng back to me!

Hi, this is Tammy M. I wrote the previous 1 star review but please disregard, I’m unable to take it down due to Tebra’s policies. I have a wonderful patient - doctor relationship with Christina and she really cares about her patient. I always feel I’m getting heard and she is one of the most amazing nurse practitioners I’ve had to help me through all my mental illnesses. I would definitely recommend anyone to see her!

It is not clear enough in her biography that Christina, as a nurse practitioner, focuses primarily on Rx management and not on psychotherapy. In fact, I’m sure the appropriate abbreviations for her credentials are in place, but I seriously doubt that the words “nurse practitioner nor an explanation of her role in a care team are even present in her biography.
