About Abby Kuster, LMT

Abby Kuster is a licensed massage therapist dedicated to helping clients heal, recover, and restore balance through personalized deep tissue and therapeutic massage at Alpenglow Pain & Wellness. She earned her Massage Therapy Certification from the Orlando School of Massage Therapy and Yoga in Orlando, Florida. With a focus on reducing muscular tension, supporting injury recovery, and improving functional movement, Abby designs each session to meet the unique needs of every client. Her approach combines clinical expertise with a calm, attentive presence to support both physical restoration and overall well-being, creating a safe and supportive environment for healing.

Abby’s experience includes working in chiropractic practice settings, including Arctic Chiropractic in Fairbanks, Alaska, where she collaborated with chiropractors to provide assessment-based deep tissue, therapeutic stretching, and myofascial massage for patients with chronic pain, soft tissue restrictions, and limited mobility. She also founded and operated Abby’s Massage Studio, LLC in Anchorage, Alaska, where she provided personalized therapeutic care while managing all aspects of practice operations. Abby integrates techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and therapeutic stretching, and cupping to address pain, improve range of motion, and support long-term functional improvement.

Driven by a genuine passion for helping others feel their best, Abby believes in the power of touch to improve body function, reduce discomfort, and support long-term wellness. Whether clients are seeking relief from pain, recovering from injury, or aiming to maintain optimal health, Abby ensures every session leaves them feeling renewed, balanced, and cared for as they continue their wellness journey.

Outside of the clinic, Abby enjoys staying active and exploring the outdoors. She loves taking long walks with her Bernedoodle, Marshmallow, playing tennis and golf, and escaping to Hawaii when it gets too cold in Alaska. These experiences keep her energized, grounded, and bring a thoughtful, attentive, and positive presence into every session, allowing her to connect with clients while providing care that is both effective and personalized.
