Alec Lenhard, has proudly provided a healing hand to his community since 2018. Shortly after graduating from The Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences, Alec has made his presence known in areas all over Long Island.

With the right combination of deep tissue/Swedish massage and attention to detail when creating personalized treatment plans, Alec has helped patients reach milestones in their journey towards physical recovery.

Coupling his vast knowledge in myofascial release, trigger point release techniques, sports massage, cupping, lymphatic drainage, and prenatal massage, Alec strives to create the perfect medical massage experience for all.
