The only issue I have is the receptionist Cynthia. I will admit I was late, but things had happened to avoid that. I am taking care of many things, and I got caught on the phone for too long. I also depend on many people and my woShow morerker was giving me a ride. She hollered my name from across the reception area before I barely got in the door. I tried to explain and give her some paperwork that was given to me by my oncologist office Dr. Shah she really and Natalie says she didn’t need it and I was supposed to be there at two, which was wrong because I wasn’t supposed to be there until 240 and yes I still was late , she was speaking very loudly and I asked her if she could lower her tone because it was hurting my ears and she got offensive and said I was being rude that no one has ever told her that I said that maybe it was the echoing. My worker was sitting in the reception area, and she was just not router to another gentleman that had walked in because the other receptionist gave him a check-in board . Other than that everyone else was wonderful, wonderful!! I have been in the business been in many types of business and never got treated that way. If nothing else, I feel, she should learn to respect her elders and her job and the people around her. She even stood up like it was going to intimidate me. I do not want everyone and their mothers to know my information and what is going on with me when I go into a doctors office and I don’t expect it to happen. And when I do go back in, which I will I will go to the other receptionist.
All of the staff in this practice are warm, kind, and efficient, and the office is extremely well-run. Dr. Shah is an exceptional Orthopedic surgeon, and I very much appreciate his willingness to attempt to solve my various orthoShow morepedic issues (wrist and shoulders) using non-surgical methods for as long as possible, and he is also very willing to discuss all of my questions. He considers his patients’ entire medical picture and history during his evaluation, identifying issues that may be affecting the patient orthopedically (such as possible auto-immune issues), something I have never encountered in any of the many orthopedists I have visited through the years. The AV is very fortunate to have a physician of Dr. Shah’s caliber practicing here! The VOI Physical Therapy department is also outstanding, doing a tremendous job of helping patients like me to avoid and/or recover from surgery on a regular basis. I am so blessed to be in their care!

I spent one full year in pain before moving forward with shoulder surgery. My primary doctor made the right call, suggesting Dr. Shah an his Team at VOI. It’s been one full year, an I could not be happier with the results!
Excellent, very professional
Staff is great and polite. I understand that delays are unpredictable in surgical procedures. Keep up the good work. Probably be back around October or November this year for injections in my hands. So far you're clinic has been good.
As good as it gets. Everyone was courteous, very professional, on time, and left with a good understanding of my injury. Highly recommend Dr Shah
