Dr. Kropf and staff are professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I've been a patient for 12 years. During my first visit, Dr. Kropf determined a change in my vision from a recent examination I had with an opthamoShow morelogist. Dr. Kropf contacted the opthamologist office which led to an immediate visit, examination, and deteination of a problem with my retina. I feel Dr Kroof saved my eyesight. I am extremely grateful. Dr. Kropf is the best!
We have been seeing Dr. Kropf for over 20 years, starting when my daughter was just 5 years old and needed glasses while she was working in a pediatric ophthalmology office. My 6yo is a sweetheart but gosh is patience needed with her as she overthinks and takes her time in responding due to her overthinking. Dr. Kropf had the patience of a saint and did not seem bothered at all with my child’s questions or slow responses. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. She truly knows how to work with children.
