I came in today because I had an object stuck in my eye. It happened to be a piece of rust. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. The doctor was very gentle and thorough. She assured me that she would get the foreign object out oShow moref my eye, and I would start to feel comfortable again. I had a great experience there. The doctor was very personable. Made me feel at ease. I would definitely go back.
We brought our 3-year-old son in for a sick visit, and from the first phone call through the appointment, everyone was kind and compassionate. Dr. Kropf was gentle, patient, and wonderful with our toddler. She took the time to exaShow moremine him, explain everything clearly, and choose the best treatment. We were so impressed that we will be bringing all of our children to her. Highly recommend!
