Staff was friendly and polite. Doctor did not spend the 15 minutes with me that was scheduled, seemed somewhat distracted and in a rush. (I mention 15 minutes as that is the time scheduled for patients with insurance). Dr. TeitelShow more is knowledgeable and kind and I switched to him because my prior rheumatologist was always rushing and her office was difficult to deal with. It’s a sad statement about our medical establishment; only folks who pay for concierge service get a thorough evaluation and form a relationship with their doctor.
Pleasant and professional from start to finish. Dr Teitel reviewed my condition and what had been happening since my last visit. We talked about a potential problem and an upcoming diagnostic procedure so there is a plan in place Show moreto determine what if anything needs to be done. My current treatment regime seems to be working pretty effectively so after the procedure we will see if anything needs to be changed. I’m very happy with the care I receive.
